We are a family owned and
operated business. We are not affiliated with any
major brand tire manufacturer. Doing business with
us is personal, when you call, you speak to one of
the owners. All of us have a active roll in day to
day business.
Aviation
Tires & Treads was started in 2001 in Cocoa,
Florida. FAA certified to retread & repair the
6.00 x 6.
In 2004 we added our second
size tire to our certification the 7.00 x 6.
In June 2005
our process to retread and repair 2 sizes was
increased to a full range of the most popular General
Aviation tire sizes after approval from the
FAA.
In 2007 we added the 5.00 x 5
and 18 x 5.5 to our mold line. Our 5.00 x 5 was the
1st to have the "2 Rib High Performance" tread
pattern.
In 2008 we added the 15 x
6.00 x 6 with "2 Rib High Performance" tread
pattern. With lots of happy RG and Cirrus customers!
By customer demand in the
beginning of 2009 we added the 6.00 x 6 "2 Rib High
Performance" tread pattern.
